HOW TO BECOME FINANCIALLY FREE IN NETWORK MARKETING

Build one or two leaders who are doing the business 100 percent independent of you.

Teach them EVERYTHING.

And know that you can't teach what you know, you can only teach what you do. People follow actions not words.

Just one or two leaders doing the business independent of you, you will enjoy Network Marketing.

And if you're lucky to have 6 independent leaders, you will be earning 6 figures weekly.

If you're lucky to have 12, which demands  hardworking, you will be earning 7 figures monthly or even weekly and you will be a top earner.

Start now to invest in leadership. A crashed business is a crashed leadership. Read leadership books as many as possible.

Now you might ask, the illiterates who are making big money in your company, are they reading?

The answer is No!
But the toppest earners who have maintained top position for over 5 years in your company are readers. Meet one and ask.

Leaders who work only with motivation will quench and soon their team will break and they drop the business.

Let your goal from now on be to FIND one strong person and build him or her into an OUTSTANDING leader.

NOTE: You don't find leaders, you build leaders. Take this seriously.

The people you think will become outstanding leaders once you recruit will give you the greatest disappointment of your life.
Its very hard to teach intelligent people, so they won't learn because they think they already know.

So pick from ordinary people without sentiment and begin to teach and push away once their feathers can flip a little.

Push them off the mountain cliff, they will fly before they hit the ground but follow them as they fall in case they don't make it to fly and save them from hitting the ground.

Building leaders is not a child's play.

It is the person or persons you least expected will save you in Network marketing.

Already-made leaders are colossal failures in network marketing. Build someone from the scratch.

Commit fully to one or two humble persons in your team who really want to make this work for them.

If you think that leaders are made, and bring that philosophy into network marketing, you will be highly disappointed.

The people who fail most in network marketing are already successful people.

The people who succeed most in network marketing are already frustrated people. Take this advice seriously.

Build one leader. Teach them everything including registration. Teach them how to go to training in company RC(registration center) without you.
Teach them how to go through registration process without you.

Teach them how to do seminars on their own without you.

Teach them how to create their own group and manage it without you.

Teach them everything thing. I mean everything.

Tom El Shreiteter said in the book Ultimate Guide To Network Marketing, "Success, in Network marketing, means when you begin to see money flow into your Back Office without knowing where its coming from and who is bringing them."

Another Multi millionaire author said, "You're successful in network marketing when you don't know one third of people in your downline organization and where they are".

Erric Worre said, "The richest Networkers in the world sponsored only very few number of people directly throughout their career"

If your downlines are not sponsoring without you, it means you're not a good builder, you're a hunter.

You hunt down and kill and look for another one.

Your problem is mindset. You believe that leaders are born and not made.

Leaders are made in network marketing. But good people are not made. Good people are found. You can't beat the lines out of a leopard's skin, it is in their blood.

So find a good person, build him or her into a leader then watch and see what magic they will perform in your business.

Here is the advice my Direct Up line gave me when I first started, "Never ever let down anyone, not even the smallest person in your team. You have no idea what people you let down can do. You don't know who they can bring".

Teach your leaders. Take them to company office as their leader, don't send them. No leader can duplicate by telling people to do something they themselves are not doing.
People want that fatherly and motherly figure especially in the early stage of their network marketing career. It is the most important part of this business. It is called Parenting. It is the only secret. Bring love, tolerance, forgiveness and compassion to your business, it is where the magic begins.

How can I build a leader? The answer is simple. How did you become a leader? What personal commitment did your upline or uplines do to you when you first joined.

Do exactly the same to your downlines who are as hungry as you were when you first started.

And please don't waste your time on unserious downlines. Give more attention to committed people and there you will find the Ultimate Eagle you're looking for.
